The Wolf Ranch Community is located off of Powers Blvd. and Research Parkway in Colorado Springs. It sits about 6,500 feet in elevation, sitting a little higher than the rest of Colorado Springs the residents never tire of the spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and the spectacular city.
The neighborhoods of Wolf Ranch seem a bit familiar, because they planned it that way. Wolf Ranch has planned over 300 acres of open space and parks, over 10 miles of trails for taking that evening walk with your spouse or family and to take in the splendid views they have to offer. The Wolf Ranch Community Council weaves a strong social fabric between its residents through planned concerts, events and activities for the whole family. When community life is strong it benefits everyone by making neighbors more aware of each other and creating a safe loving neighborhood.
Wolf Ranch is located in the award winning Academy School District 20. Wolf Ranch is home to Ranch Creek Elementary and more schools are planned in its future.
