Briargate was formed over twenty five years ago, the owners of the land wanted to create a community where life comes first. They wanted a safe, pleasant, family-oriented community that offered excellent education, retail, professional, medical and family entertainment centers and employment all with in a short walk or drive for its residents.
Briargate is located in the northeast section of Colorado Springs, over 9,600 acres of community, real estate and homes. It is in Acedemy School District 20.
